We prefer to hire knowledgeable, flexible, autonomous, and responsible individuals with a passion for food, community, and doing the right thing (open to interpretation but always what one deems as right). Our staff had a very small turn over but every once in a while some one needs to go do something else. On occasion, positions become available at the restaurant, so please submit a Letter of Intent (what you have to give to the team, what you need in return, and past experience), or drop off your letter at the kitchen. We only keep them active for about 3 months so if you still would like to be considered past that point please send us a “re-fresher” letter, just a note will do.
